War Terror, murder Flow like oceans Struggling to survive mutilation Atmosphere of toxins spreading disease, Disasters hidden and shared PTSD isn’t just Trauma lived, Life

Rest, relax, rebuild, relive, revive, Never rewind to the time when fighting was live, Bombarding my surroundings with burning Flames, explosions, bullets whizzing, Safety is nonexistent, danger surrounds you, Fear of a stray feud or knife are behind you Or beside, or ahead of you; never inside you. Your heart stays pure, needing to help Never stop giving and receiving hope, Or the fighting ends, You lay down your arms, Surrender to hopeleness and despair, That’s when fear reigns and overwhelms. Give your loyalty, love, hope, and optimisms Freedom to grasp your faith and expose It to the sun, let it soak its warmth in a pose Of reverence to God’s powers of prose In which your strength bursts, warming You from the inside, till its beauty sings A rainbow of colors illuminating your skin With its brilliance. Bask in its wonder, Revere its words and sleep calmly, a dreamer.

The past year has been worse than any Halloween as it was actually HELL O WEAN … The Hell of being weaned on what’s seen On social media’s snippets of genocide, carry
With it atrocities of dismemberment, Beheaded children, fetuses gutted, children Bullseyed by snipers, flour lines broken By bullets whizzing past victims of bombardment.
So hello, HELL O WEAN, we see Your inhumanity, Your unlawful abiding personality, Your insouciant attitude to killing. Be
The Hell in our Haloed Halloween for you’ve Shown us that: unity is strength, Gen Z still has a conscience whose breath Of freshness is awakening those who’ve
Followed blindly behind HELL’s demand For subservience to its god given Right to rule the world with a broken Set of laws that are man-made but bind,
Bind those whose ambition For power is greater than their compassion.

The rutilant light shimmered A vision of beauty caressing The flow of life that’s endangered By chaos, war, and debauchery swinging Their hammer of perception As the one and only Equation for life’s classification Of rank, race, religion all blindly Followed without question, Critiquing is just an objection To a reality that needs annihilation, A rebuilding of ethics, an abbreviation For strength of character that’s Created trends, not followers of What’s Unimportant: superficial beauties, Revamped through surgeries All looking like barbies None too human, as they’re Plastic, artificial, unreal fear Of loosing beauty’s power.

Our bleeding, broken hearts of clay And blood bleed profusely in a cup Overflowing with torments of war that sup On hope’s depression that hangs in a bay
Turned blood red in a husk of hay, Dried up hope that can’t stay alive In a world that seems to have forgotten to strive For peace, for their compassion is blown astray.
HIS palms safeguard the pieces of hearts Pulverized by visions of deadly murder On screens that bring screams of mother, Father, children in horrific suspension as parts
Are blown to smithereens and only identifying Thing is the ink on limbs carrying names Of children in black, that gets erased as flames From explosions erode any ink stains remaining
On skin that deliquesces from being scorched By burning flames that flutter over Corpses, gas that dematerialize any cover With its combustible matter, a deflagrated
Hideous serpent that swallows everything In its path and ignites into a colorful, reddish blaze That only receeds upon engulfing the craze Of all that is in its path, turning it to a Phoenix rising from ash.

As technology evolves, our mode Of communication increase, and the code For communication changes in a dire Attempt to keep up with the choir
Of voices raised as they speak Simultaneously, seeking a close peck On the cheek, can be seen not felt, Still, it reduces the Nostalgia you get
Missing loved ones, home, Foods and culture that come To your aid as your workplace Requires ethics that are not of this place.
As days go by, news becomes Scarce, worry alienates you from homes, But, worry not, your phone, window To the world, can show you
Any location instantly with a touch, Especially when internet is a bunch Of wireless connections that fail In the face of exploding bombs that quail
And break the access to people, Your cell is your weapon to gobble Any news of home, under siege, Your hopes revolve around posts on a page
That gives news, any news, News that spews lies in cues With political backing that refuse To admit their subterfuge, that’s of no use,
As we can see, through our cell, Dead fetus being extracted from the rubble, Decapitation, amputations, and remains In bags of flour, plastic bags, even backpack that rains

The fragile beauty of the dandelion In my hand, whose grip on land Dares you to eradicate its presence in Zion As it spreads through the wish for peace to lend
A hand to those in need of a blend Of peace in their days of suffering Without end. Wish for peace for them to send
Their children to schools With filled bellies of fresh food Sprinkled with life giving water that drools In honor of a wish for peace that stood
On the doorstep waiting, waiting Patiently for humanity’s response To help save those whose beliefs, never straying, Empowers their wish for peace to save me
And the new generations without The need to revisit the trauma of today’s Dire escalations of genocides in a bout Of cataclysmic fear whose only wish is for peace.

Button Moulder
Button molds are varied in colors, Shapes, sizes, materials that alters The appearance of our clothing Making us better looking.
As the button moulder statue made From shoulders, one arm folded, never faded, Enormous binoculars for gazing At life’s beauty through peering
From the button’s eye, never veiled By social screens of a fast-paced Life filled with the ultra superficial That tends towards the unforgiveable
That’s filled with violence of blood, Addiction that lives in your blood, Actions that turn a child into an orphan, Stomping on other’s rights to be open,
Open to immorality that needs To destruction of family unity that breeds Bonds of compassion, empathy, forgiveness That our superficiality doesn’t harness
The power of discipline, strength of will, Faith and belief in yourself that’ll never fall For if society embued us with that, then Rebellion would ensue as a ban for politics with pen.
