Double Gold Certificate for my poem, Boomy Guitarist

Thank you for the honor and your hard work.

Boomy Guitarist

Her golden tresses frame a face
Filled with love’s faerie rhythm, grace
Embued the wind, a caress in a place

Where turbulent emotions soar
Unchecked, tempestuous, a roar
For help is put in place to aspire

For love to unfold in their breast
Sharing the volcanic crest
Assuaging pain with beauty’s behest

That arises from the boomy guitar
Whose notes, crisp, complex, flex on par
With the tsunami that resides on the far

Reaches of the shore, where the guitarist,
Whose antiquated clothing embrace the list
Of greavances his melody embodies, a fist

That punches out enemies of respite
With harmonic overtones that spite
Despair with a punch projection of flight.

Unfold

Life has many folds, twists, turns, and abysses,

We try to unfold and straighten the creases,

But it’s a delicate job, even hazardous, as The folds are hidden and need to become clear,

Straight, and easily seen, analyzed, and far

From misunderstandings and misgivings.

Is it a thing to need unfolding?

The simple answer is: ‘Yes, it absolutely needs doing!’

In this world, where there so many possibilities

For problems to unfurl, it is imperative to realize

That clarity in speech and actions aren’t always

Perceived as they are, but rather given a political,

Even social agitprops that have tendencies

To insite people into violent and intolerant behavioral

Activities, that help increase gaslighting’s imposing

Ideologies. They incur great wrath, aggressing

Against others’ rights, stripping them of dignity,

Pride, selfworth, even their humanity.

As humans, we need to untangle our ingrained

Stereotypes by humanizing each other, and accept

The difference the same way we accept

That siblings differ, though they come from

The same set of parents, gene pool, and environment.
