I’m honored to be part of the group of poets and poetesses chosen for this honor. I love writing and connecting with my audience over the themes I write about.

I did a poetry reading of my published poems in Petal Projections, and the reaction of the listeners and their interactions with my themes was uplifting. It motivates me to write more.

Loving the job

What makes a teacher great?

While loving teaching is the main factor for being a great teacher, I also believe that a person needs to have an innate ability to teach by connecting to students via their needs, their hobbies, and emotions. The teacher also needs to know how to lower the requirements, if necessary, so that difficulties or gaps in knowledge are covered.

Terrifyingly funny in teaching

Emotions into lessons of life

And strives to raise abilities

Complementing continuously hard work

Heralding joy in accomplishments

Eternally increasing expectations to motivate

Reading, communicating, and accepting ‘self’.

Help, help, help,
I wear my cloak of impotence,
Running around, graceless,
As I try to graduate from a whelp.

Help, help, help,
I thought friends, likes, and kin,
Support me in my endeavors in
Achieving success, only to fall and become strep.

Help, help, help,
Recession is looming
People worried about famine
And every person is on a flip,

Help, help, help,
The other facet of war, hunger
Lingers and throws you back in rapport
To WWII, when all sectors crashed and none slept.

Help, help, help,
Entertain your soul with faith
Leaping into despair with a breath
Percolating freshness and sweeping away dejection.
