Certificate Award for my acrostic poem,

Thank you for the honor and your hard work.

COURAGE

Courage is defined by the press vest that
Outlived its owners, journalists speaking
Under extenuating circumstances of flying bombs
Retreating into cover, returning, knowing the danger
Amputating their fears with each Blast of their reports
Governing the truth that has been in a abyss
Encouraged to see the light with their COURAGE.

Accolade and Reviews for my poem, Press Vest

Review for my poem: Press Vest

Malak Kalmoni. Chehab If your role model was THE VEST…. Much needed when successfully used. You sure wrote a provoking image-filled disturbing truth, sad to say, poem, Malak.
Makes one know one life should MEAN TO ONE ANOTHER! ✝ī¸â˜Žī¸

Be Blessed!!!🙏đŸĢļ

Press Vest

The press vest filled with holes, spilled stained
Blood, dusted debries, falling on
The corpses’ heads, grounded, buried
Under rubble, bubble like maps

That chronicle the rampages
Of discordant attacks privy
To location of all that try
Not to cry for the human loss
That’s too gross, property is floss
In ruination, standing barely.

Alien Buddha Press published 3 of my poems: Press Vest, Sounds of War, and MY YEAR OF RESTITUTION

On the first year anniversary of the war in P@l3st1ne, Alien Buddha Press is reminding us of our need to keep our humanity by speaking about the persecution of said people. I wrote another poem on P@l3st1ne that is about pictures that have stuck a chord within me, that I can’t shake because the injustice is against children, babies, and infants.  Those are the greatest victims of any war, as when they survive,  the trauma of what they’ve been through has to be carried,  and it feels like a very heavy burden. 😕
