Infidelity, indiscretion, betraYal
Never come without consequences buT
Friends, family, spouses have been doing so since CaIne
Irresponsibly murdered Abel for power’s pulL
Deriving a sense of satisfaction in decEption
Endeavoring to hide, unknowing that truth won’t abiDe
Letting go of deception without paying a toll In
Infinite regret, guilt that bog you with the weight oF
Testing your faith in those you believe woN’t
Yield to anything but truth and faIthfulness.
